I’ve checked everywhere in the mobile app, and even using Safari on the “mobile-friendly” version of their site — and customer service messages are nowhere to be found. For some reason they don’t allow us to read and reply to messages on mobile. Crazy. 2020.

@NotionHQ @jcb +1! Github issues & projects are preferred by developers (which makes sense), while overall feature management is much better in Notion. A task in Notion usually breaks down into multiple Github issues across various repositories, and we need to track them against the main task!
