@haley509@pretendurmine I have never cared about figure skating but Ilia Malinin has absolutely captivated me, his choreography and atmosphere is absolutely incredible and I hope he can overcome this setback
This comparison only works if you are blind! And pretend context doesnβt exist.
Amorim took over mid-season united were already 14th after 11 games with just 3 wins (24/25)
Amorim finished that season 15th. Undeniable
After playing (25 PL games with 7 wins)
Not ignoring he inherited a broken, inconsistent squad with clear fitness and discipline issues.
However the following season, with his squad after summer overhaul, player power removed, new standards set, squad rebuilt for his system.
He was sacked when Manchester United were 6th, just a few points off the top positions this is the season that reflects his work.
Darren Fletcher had 2 game to manage and said this to the press "I think you can see the players are fragile. They've got to build themselves up. It's up to them, now." After the exit in the FA cup
Funny how you all blame the players and not Darren Fletcher.
When he "Amorim" was demanding depth and was sidelined you all said a lot!
And for your agenda take on Carrick 24 games Amorim had 20. LOL
Amorim had 31 point before leaving, Darren Fletcher 1 point against Burnley.
Carrick had played just 3 games with 9 point. (Impressive considering the kind of games)
So YES. Amorim walked the walk so Carrick could run, maybe then eventually fly if given the job permanently!
@snbtmenfess@StokeyyG2 Because they use very similar systems and would also find it hard implementing it with a squad that doesn't know how to play it π€£
@Damian_O_M@snbtmenfess@StokeyyG2 What don't you understand about the fact he was trying to set up the team to play a very difficult and demanding tactic which asked for more than the players could give?, yes he could've abandoned his philosophy but that's exactly what got Ten Hag sacked.
@UTDFrost2 The margins in football are very small, replay the match and we don't finish our chances and comfortably lose, I'm very happy with the win but we made it hard for ourselves
@utdbrxy@Talhaa10_ United the dressing room, improved fitness and desire ten fold and plugged the leaks coming out of the club, you can dislike the man's tactics but you cannot discredit the work he did off of the pitch.
@AliAli7179 @UTD_chrs @Manutd_addicts@UtdSato007@ManUnitedMedia Dorgu was nervous on the ball and fans who are now praising him were also slating him a few months ago.. and he was talking about Sheffield Wednesday who are rock bottom of the league π, you can nitpick all you want but it doesn't make what I said any less true.
@UTD_chrs @AliAli7179 @Manutd_addicts@UtdSato007@ManUnitedMedia It doesn't hurt my feelings I just don't follow agendas, if you can't see the positive impact he had inside the dressing room and in many aspects off of the pitch then you don't understand football, I am not talking about results.
@UTD_chrs @AliAli7179 @Manutd_addicts@UtdSato007@ManUnitedMedia Excuses? I am simply stating that Amorim had a positive impact on this club and the agenda that he set us back is ridiculous, I am happy that Carrick has had a brilliant start I want what's best for the club but painting Amorim out as this fraud is uncalled for.
