Last year, I was the only African Web3 founder without a diaspora connection to be invited to Zuzalu by a kind confidant, to which I remain grateful.
This was a great privilege, and I used the opportunity to represent the millions of others who were not able to attend such events. I made sure to speak up for them in every interaction I had.
As a result, more than 6 local builders were awarded the RetroPGF by @Optimism, which was a great achievement for the local ecosystem.
Now, a global team is organizing a Zuzalu spin-off event in Zanzibar called Zanzalu.
The event will take place from May to June, and it aims to give more local African builders access to the global Ethereum community, where they can learn and share knowledge.
If you'd like to help fund this initiative and support local African builders, please visit https://t.co/UM1y0mfotW
Dm me I will send you an invitation link to apply. ๐

The danger is that if we invest too much in developing Al and too little in developing human consciousness, the very sophisticated artificial intelligence of computers might only serve to empower the natural stupidity of humans.
