watching Live Action ATLA S1 finale:

-It's fun in a B-movie kind of way.
-Very cool seeing that many indigenous actors in the NWT.
- the weight of Aang being TWELVE really hits harder when its an actual child surrounded by actual adults.

@s9008972345 @Menkvi I know what CBT is. I've read up on it, and I've done it with multiple therapists, for a variety of issues. It has not worked as well for me as other modalities. This is a common experience.
