@daimanuel the #MIO is nice. I paid $30, so it's affordable. Sometimes it won't run a test while doing cardio. I'll let you know how it goes

@daimanuel mainly for cardio. I do steady state runs for 30-50 minutes. Do you think HIIT is better at fat burning and muscle retention?

@br_webb I do steady state, but am exploring what other types provide better fat burn and muscle retention. Still have no clear answers.
