I discourage any fellow golfers from flying with American Airlines. Despite packing my clubs in a dedicated travel bag with a club protector, my new driver was broken during my flight. My damage claim was denied because there was no visible damage to the outside of the bag

@AmericanAir .@AmericanAir refuses to make things right. The best course of action is to switch to @united. (I’m typing this as American delayed my flight three hours 45 minutes before boarding so stranded at the airport)

@NicholasGess @AmericanAir Furthermore, I was denied with no explanation. When I went to the baggage claim desk at the airport I was told they couldn’t help me with the claim and I had to scan a QR code where there was no direction on how to properly submit a claim.

@NicholasGess I understand the policy it’s stated in my tweet why it was denied. I understand the agreement. I just think the policy is illogical and @AmericanAir general apathy towards their customers is where my anger comes from. More people can benefit from being aware of the policy.
