When I was 15, I weighed 73kg (160lbs) with zero muscle and a bad relationship with food.
Now at 17, I weigh the same — but now there is a foundation of muscle.
The journey hasn’t been easy, but I’m proud of how far I’ve come.
I’m just getting started.
It doesn’t matter how slow you go — what matters is that you don’t stop. Progress isn’t always visible, but it’s always happening. Every small effort compounds into results you’ll be proud of later. Keep moving forward.
Took a couple days off, looking to get back on track in the next couple days. Balance is important when you are chasing your goals. Tiring yourself out and working too hard could be your biggest obstacle. DM for more fitness advice!
A year from now, you’ll wish you started today. Time passes anyway — you decide if it passes with growth or regret. The hardest part is beginning, but once you do, momentum will carry you forward. Start now.

The hardest part isn’t lifting the weight, it’s showing up when you don’t want to. Once you walk through those gym doors, you’ve already won half the battle. Every rep after that is just proof of your discipline. 💪

@readswithravi Discipline looked boring:
- Same gym, 5 days a week
- Same routine, 6+ months straight
- Zero missed sessions
Then I saw what it built:
112kg → 82kg
First 5K ever
Sustained focus for 90-min sprints
Boring → transformation.
@Fathers_Diary@Wealth_Pill It is not about what happens to you. It is about how you channel that negativity into being the best version of yourself you can be.
I used to hate my body.
I struggled with eating disorders, weight loss, and self-doubt.
Now at 17, I’ve turned that pain into purpose — helping others find balance, confidence, and strength.
I’m looking to connect with fitness creators and anyone starting their journey.
