@equity_DDSB @PFLAGDurham @equity_DDSB that is a great question! What are you doing to protect the youth within DDSB? Raising flags and putting up safe space stickers is not protection! Having it included in your strategic plans is one way. Hiring peers! Mandatory staff education! Youth need action!
