Sharing the first drawing—"34, 36 and 42 Maitland Street"—in a new series l've been working on called Put On Notice, which aims to capture a moment in time by documenting impending development in my n’hood Church-Wellesley.
New originals & limited numbered prints up in the shop! Celebrate the last days of summer with this Hanlan's Beach Coming & Going duo.
Both 8x10 size. Can be purchased separately, but I think they go better together 💞 🏖️

Drawing 506-516 Church Street aka Crews & Tangos, a beloved Village bar & drag spot. I have some good (admittedly hazy) memories dancing on the second floor or in the back room.

A selection of drawings and a new essay from my ongoing Put On Notice series documenting development in the Church-Wellesley n’hood from Saturday’s Globe Opinion section. xoxoxo

Second in the Put On Notice series is “561 Jarvis and 102-120 Earl Place” at the edge of the Church-Wellesley Village. I walk by this spot often on my way home because this street is quiet & friendly. The graffiti started with “stop destroying” with new layers over time.
