This was one that isn't mentioned a ton but worth calling special attention to.

There are people who already have an audience you can partner with.

You'll need a bit of negotiating chops but if you can unlock it it's one of the highest leverage channels

Here's the advice I got

1. You are dramatically under-estimating the input required to get a channel to work

2. You will fail a lot, but all you need is 1 thing to work
