One thing that makes the Marching Southerners unique is the 20J tuba.
If you don’t know - tubas don’t march their concert instruments. They usually march sousaphones (the ones that wrap around the body) or contras (on the shoulder).
Jax State marches these beasts.
Call me woke or whatever but I don’t think children watching baseball should be subjected to boner pill commercial, Sydney Sweeney naked gambling ad, Liberty Bibberty, and even more gambling ads every single commercial break
We do it each week, MY Sunday SEC takeaways...
ALABAMA: Handled their business. Set tone early on ground with run game & TE involvement. 40, 88 & 9 great again. OL strained in run game. Had some let downs in pass pro. 4 good in pass pro. Quick game early helped set things up down the field. They won the LOS. 13 personal package was nice. 17 & 13 ran well, good feel. QB just seems to be getting more & more comfy. Good leaving pocket. OL struggled with some hat placement in run game. All around effort was good there. TEs add a ton. 87 was good. 9 helped in pass game. 4 good in protection. Big game for 7 at WR. Worked seam well. Ball security an issue early. Def showed up. Kept numbers out side & back. Didn't have to overcommit yo the box. 1 good up front, had pas rush wins. Took ball away, scored. 5 big pick 6 early. Coverage solid most of the day. 11 good as spy/delayed blitzer. Showed speed. 9 TFLs vs that group is strong. Did not let tempo dictate things. 90 good on interior. 14 made things happen up front. Took momentum early & did not look back.

@colecubelic Tough watch indeed! Would love to see them work on these things that are scheme related. Play to our strengths and stop asking our studs to go make it happen. Give them a game plan that maximizes their potential.
I’m not a ball knower, but bad football is bad football
@JoshPateCFB Not sure these voters understand rankings vs power ratings. This looks like the JP poll and the commissioner’s rankings had a redheaded stepchild.
Ohio state over ‘bama is insane (and I’m an auburn fan.
@dustyslay Been talking about this exact thing with my boss! He would agree with you. And I think myself and Paul would say as long it’s not what we think achieves salvation, then we shouldn’t fuss or judge over what people will or won’t eat. (In moderation of course)
@Blain_Crain Just a slight improvement over previous years.
Negatives:
Consistency on OL and DL
Off. and def. play calling
needs a shot in the arm. mental lapses on all 3 phases.
Positives:
Culture
Skill players
LB room
Coachability
"Based on what I've seen through three weeks, Auburn's 13th or 14th best in the SEC which is a real concern given what the expectations were and the amount of money they spent on the roster."
@GregMcElroy & @colecubelic on how @AuburnFootball is in a MUST WIN situation vs @VandyFootball this weekend
