@dan__rosenthal Curious how you’d apply this to food wholesale. I’m cold calling businesses in that space. What would you look for beyond funding rounds and hiring?
Been cold calling food wholesalers for Larder. One guy told me their software frustrates them and doesn’t cover everything they want, so I thought we might actually be able to help. He still wasn’t looking to change it.
Apparently “annoying” and “worth the hassle of changing” are quite far apart.
@dan__rosenthal Yeah, I’m finding this building Larder. Someone can try an order screen on their own, but that doesn’t mean much until it works with their stock, scales, label printers and the people actually using them. The real test is a whole order getting through, not someone signing up.
@logisticsviewpt Same issue in food wholesale. Order entry, scales and label printers can each work on their own, but that says little about whether the right product, lot and weight make it onto the physical label. Testing one whole order tells you more than three green screens.
