Update: received my bags on 29th Jan. No compensations made yet.
One luggage got cracked, few have bag scratches and one has its spinner malfunctioned.

Ordeal continues with Air India

Myself and 100s of other passengers (including senior citizens and parents with young children) flying on AI191 (23rd Jan 24) are missing checked baggage.

Update:
@airindia offered 800 points per passenger to compensate for such horrendous experience. 800 points are equivalent to <$3. I am screaming !

A LOT to improve and upgrade.
I had the worst experience in my entire life flying AI106 (EWR to Delhi). Below are number of problems.
1. Entertainment system did not work for my ~14h flight. (Same applies for 60% passengers)

I am personally missing all (six) luggage that has most of our wardrobe and essentials. Although, it’s not uncommon to have delayed baggage but missing 100s of luggage is ridiculous.

After reaching late to our destination and waiting for baggage belt to stop and finding out that we were missing our bags, we had to make lines and stand there for hours to file Property irregularity report. I haven’t gotten any confirmation/follow-up from air India yet.

#AirIndia ..flt AI435 to Bhopal got delayed by more than 2Hrs.. its third time for me when Airindia flt is delayed.. quite frequently now.. a strong general impression among flyers is to avoid airindia flts.. not a good sign please .

@airindia I feel even after TATA takeover you guys are not improving. Broken bag received at SFO Airport no compensation was provided. please find PIR Copy for your reference. Why AIR INDIA is still struggling to maintain its standard. Thats why you people are in loss.
