I often think the same. And in VT, our by-far largest “city” is barely visible as such from a plane. The new CityPlace development, the tallest building in the state, looks like a small apartment block. We have sooooooo much room for more development.

Kathy is exactly right! We must right-size the avenues of appeals for housing projects, and we need to expedite the process of resolving appeals.

Too many projects have been killed, not by unfavorable appeals rulings, but by the process itself.
