Hi @frontiercare. Unfortunately forced to make this more public due to no reply.

Two weeks ago, I flew Frontier from San Jose to San Diego, unaware what a bad decision that would be. I checked in a 23kg bag and never saw it again.
Now, you're offering me compensation that barely covers the cost of my suitcase. And this was for a 1-hour flight with only 5-6 passengers!

I enjoyed my trip to the US, but issues like this really put me off recommending similar trips to my friends, especially using @FlyFrontier who have treated me with so little respect after mismanaging the situation.

@StudyTme @FrontierCare @FrontierCare I'd been looking for a reliable way to fly in the US on my next trip. Stuff like this really worries me. So you'll lose my luggage, provide minimal compensation and then ignore all communication? Nightmare!

We hadn't spoken properly in years, but so sorry to hear we've lost @DawnHFoster. She was fierce, terrifying and brilliant, her loss is all our losses. Never met anyone who enjoyed Diana memorabilia the way she did either. Ugh, this sucks.
