More than 50,000 Ahmadi Muslims pledged allegiance to the world's only global Caliphate, while millions more joined via a live broadcast.

The Caliph, His Holiness Hazrat Mirza Masroor, is the World Head of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community and issued a message of peace at the Jalsa Salana event – the longest-running Islamic convention in Britain.

To Farm an Aura
(An ode to Hadeeqatul Mahdi)

They call it “aura farming”—to gather praise and power,
To bend the crowd’s admiring gaze, to magnify the hour.
But the fields of Oaklands Farm have taught me there is richer soil to sow:
The brightest light belongs to those who keep their egos low.

How strange that on a working farm this phrase is turned around:
No image here is cultivated; the self tilled into the ground.
The salt of earth—Hadeequatul Mahdi—vast and still,
Where every heart arrives the same and leaves by Allah’s will.

These acres bloom with borrowed light beneath an English sky;
A farm becomes a sanctuary where earth and heaven meet.
For this is no ordinary gathering, nor work of mortal hand—
The Promised Messiah proclaimed it first: a Jalsa by Allah’s own command.

He called us not for idle talk, nor speeches seeking praise,
But taqwa, worship and gratitude to guide our fleeting days;
To deepen faith, seek sacred truth, let ma’rifat take root,
Until barren hearts bear living fruit where once there stood no fruit.

A stone was laid by Allah Himself; His promise raised these lands.
Each summer Jalsa keeps its pledge through countless willing hands.
The canvas stretches, roads appear where yesterday was field;
By morning, hearts behold a city of tents faith alone could yield.

Then comes our Huzoor, gentle, calm—no grandeur to proclaim;
We love the way he lifts above else Allah’s name.
In every word and every prayer, in all his counsel softly given
He sublimates the truth, and through that grace, our eyes are turned to Heaven.

No worldly throne could summon this, nor fame command such grace;
A covenant, not charisma, binds every time and place.
The self dissolves in whispered durood beneath the evening sun;
The truest aura cannot be possessed; it is received by everyone.

Millions gather, hushed in awe, not dazzled by a face,
But by the sincerity and wisdom of the Khalifa wrapped in grace.
His light that draws these searching hearts seeks neither fame nor praise;
The worldly pleasures and ego strokes we set ablaze.

The closer we stand to Him, the less of us remains;
Our borrowed light grows brighter still as pride is left behind.
For Khilafat claims no glory—it reflects the Light above;
And teaches hearts to disappear inside their Maker’s love.

The ovens breathe through day and night; the Langar kneads the bread.
For fifty thousand guests are fed where love and mercy spread.
With daal and rice, no stranger eats alone;
The simplest meal becomes a feast when the Prophet (sa)’s example is shown.

The bread is plain, the meal is spare, yet no one leaves unfed;
For generosity is measured not by wealth, but compassion instead.
The host and guest share one plate; distinctions fade away;
The Promised Messiah’s spirit lives in every offered tray.

Then comes the Bai’at—hands upon shoulders, row by row.
A living chain through which Allah’s countless blessings overflow.
Across the fields and screens our souls ignite;
Each hand extends through Khilafat, each heart to Allah’s Light.

An Ahmadi learns here at last what no acclaim can prove:
The finest aura leaves no trace—it only points above.
Our greatest honor is not that the world should know our names;
But that our lives reflect the Light from which our blessings came.

So this is how we farm an aura—not one the eye can see.
We sow the self in humble earth and harvest unity.
We lose the glow we thought our own beneath Khilafat’s sun,
And find the light we came to seek belonged only to One.

What does our world need more of?

Humility. That was the message at Jalsa Salana UK, Britain's largest Islamic convention, as Imam Ayyaz Khan explained how Islam teaches that the humility we show before God should extend into how we live and treat others. Wealth, status, knowledge, and even spiritual progress should never make us feel superior to those around us.

This Jalsa Salana was different

Best moment for me apart from baiat and speeches of beloved Hazur was today I was walking and a brother told me two of his friends accepted Islam Ahmadiyya through my videos.

Then I walked further and met a young brother from Slough who also told me the debates helped him make his decision

It was so motivating to meet such amazing brothers from around the world. The love we have for each other is not found anywhere and seeing the youth and how much they benefitted was motivating to another level alhamdulillah

So much planned now and I request prayers
