What a mess @MY_Airports KLIA Gate C17 MH164 departure. 45 passengers treated like cattle in between baggage scan and departure lounge for almost 1/2 hour as system was down and tickets could not be scanned. Upgrade your system like how you should have upgraded your aerotrain.

@TK_HelpDesk hi. thanks for getting in contact. yes not ideal as i changed my destination to nyc and must purchase an internal flight to chicago at additional cost. unfortunate that you cancelled about 3 weeks before flight; me having booked it months in advance.

So managed to change the @TurkishAirlines flight to arrive in NYC instead of Chicago and find my own way from NYC to Chicago in time for the Chicago Marathon.

Received an email that @TurkishAirlines cancelled my flight sector from Istanbul to Chicago. All other TK flights around that time/date is full and alternative is to get full refund. Only problem is to get another airline to Chicago would cost 3 times as much at last minute!
