As bank advised my uncle went to police,they confirmed ATM issues must be handled by bank.Ur bank also said d footage shows cash ws dispensed after customer left the ATM. How is the customer expected to lose money for an ATM error

@alrajhibankcare Your reply says the customer left before the cash was taken. But ATMs automatically retract uncollected cash, and such transactions should be refunded.Requesting Al Rajhi Bank to verify the ATM cash-retract log, confirm if “cash retracted/cash reversal” occurred, @SAMA_GOV
