MLB should have a speed limit on pitches. If a pitch is thrown above, say, 95 miles an hour, you get a warning, and if another is thrown, the pitch is an automatic ball. Theoretically would help prevent pitchers' UCLs from shredding themselves so damn often, and would cut K% too.
