@TK_HelpDesk Hello! Since my travel document is Latvian and the certificate proving my vaccination with Sputnik-V is from Belarus will this certificate be valid when I arrive in Turkey from Belarus or do I need to do a PCR-test anyway? The same with leaving Turkey. Thank you!
