@NFLscheme Blind loyalty may get you another job somewhere down the road, but it sure won’t let you keep the one you have. I get that there’s nothing gained from not supporting your starting QB, but you have to be open to change or you are going to get fired. Period.

[MichianaJoe @JAMDailey]

@superdapp Offense. There are too many weapons on that team to not be lighting it up each week. Amazing to me that a team that that has had so many QBs and whose coach is a QB whisperer, sits here with Kyler Murray. They can have DJ back…

[MichianaJoe @JAMDailey]

I hate to be negative, because I knew the Vikings defense would be tough, but if you play like this a week after your GM got fired, then there’s no salvaging this season. Fire Shane. Let the fire sale commence!

I’ve seen a lot of people comparing the Keenan Allen DUI to the AR possession charge, and my retort to that is… don’t you think the whole team was addressed at that time? I’m sure they were all reminded of the importance of being careful in public. And AR still screwed up! 🤦🏻‍♂️

[MichianaJoe @JAMDailey]

@AndrewMooreNFL I couldn’t agree more! 👏🏼

[MichianaJoe @JAMDailey]

Well, the good news is that I have ZERO expectations for this week’s matchup with the Vikings…

[MichianaJoe @JAMDailey]

@Ab_Soulutely Exactly. You take each incident, the injuries, the tapping out, the benchings, the regression, etc as part of the process, but at this exact moment, when your GM just got fired and circles are mentioning your name as possible starter again, and now this? Something so avoidable?

[MichianaJoe @JAMDailey]

@ChadZapfe Bingo.

[MichianaJoe @JAMDailey]

@TheOGBperk It shows immaturity. Not just because of the pot, but because he’s driving a car with expired plates. Big picture, he just isn’t ready. All the talent in the world, and as I said, maybe he turns it around somewhere else, but this team can’t afford to pour more resources into him.

[MichianaJoe @JAMDailey]

This explains a lot. He’s just not the answer. Can he go on and be successful somewhere else? Maybe. But this is the icing on the cake. This was a gamble and an experiment that just didn’t go our way. Time to admit it and move on.

#Colts QB Anthony Richardson Sr. has been charged with misdemeanor marijuana possession, per @FOX59.

Richardson was pulled over on Oct. 12 for an expired registration. He told police he had smoked marijuana in the vehicle and had a small amount inside, according to court documents. Police found a jar containing marijuana and an opened bag of THC-infused gummies.

The charge was filed Monday.

@Tag15___ @IndyBuckeyeNatn KA made a dumb mistake, is old enough to know better, and will pay a price. AR is a guy drafted high, has huge potential, but can’t stay healthy, has documented work ethic questions, was on the verge of getting another shot, and just showed he’s still immature. What’s your point?

[MichianaJoe @JAMDailey]

@miles_commodore Reggie Miller

[MichianaJoe @JAMDailey]

Maybe it’s because I’ve been around for awhile, but I’ve seen some lean years from this team. A lot of mediocrity, even some 1-15 years. I’ve seen the likes of Gary Hogeboom, Jack Trudeau, Mark Hermann, and Jeff George.

This, too, shall pass, Colts fans!

@emmitonair Andrew Luck

[MichianaJoe @JAMDailey]

@Nathan_Shoultz Because when you hire a new GM, he will want draft capital to work with. Even if the QB of the future isn’t in the cards, I’m hoping the next GM will pick better players all around.

[MichianaJoe @JAMDailey]

@Goldenmom4729 It still doesn’t excuse some of the in-game decisions he’s made. He’s not very good at it.

[MichianaJoe @JAMDailey]

@gturn3796 Tomlin’s message went stale in Pittsburgh. Much like here, they never recovered after Big Ben walked away. But listen to Tomlin speak. He knows how to coach. Brian Flores is a hot name qnd how did he do in Miami? Dungy couldn’t get it done in Tampa. Fit and timing matter.

[MichianaJoe @JAMDailey]

@gturn3796 Ok. Those players have to be replaced by someone. I’d rather they be picked for a guy like Tomlin than whoever the next “Steichen” is. Culture change starts with a mentality.

[MichianaJoe @JAMDailey]

@gturn3796 You’d rather keep the culture the same? Soft, weak, uninspiring?
