@OriginBroadband Put a complaint in. Once they cannot fix which they never can. Had this problem fpr over 2 months. Got all the necessary people involved. Was going as far to getting my solicitor involved. I now have 11 days left. Thank the lord cause its still shit since i cancelled lol

@OriginBroadband was meant to be getting an update to my awful internet speeds within 48 hours. Its been over 48 hours and still no update. No emails and no phone calls. Been on hold now for 50 mins. Juat when i thought use couldnt get any worse

Very smart. I raise an official complaint so i can cancel out of my contract without charge. They tell me it will be 3 to 5 days and i will get a call bck. So still cannot cancel for 5 days ffs. Hate origin so much
