@stockx The problem is I do not seem to be able to get emails from stockX and my email blocked list is empty, whenever I file a case I used to get an auto email and I no longer get those. I then filed another case using my other email, I did get autoreply and am waiting since lastFriNov4
@stockx StockX seems to have problem sending me email messages reply, I had already responded numerous times to a CRM since 2022/10/10 regarding the pics requested but never received any feedback, Please help escalte this unresolved case so my incomplete order can be properly addressed
@PriestOrange @jksUSC @stockx That'd be sad, I wrote many complaints through the stockX system about the missing item upon arrival, and all I got was emails asking me to rate the stockX reps I never encountered!
