Year one I would say has been a success, some may say I'm being defeatist here, but lets look at the reality.

Before Tandy came in, we had lost to Japan, Italy and Fiji

We've now beaten all 3 under him. You have to say that's progress.

Year 2 of Tandy takes us to the World Cup, and the objectives are clear

- Beat Japan in Autumn
- Beat Italy in the 6N (first away win since 2023)
- Beat Spain with a rotated team in the World Cup warmups
- Beat ONE OF Australia, Scotland or Ireland in the Autumn/6N
- Win our Nations Champ "finals" match in Twickenham (likely against Japan/Fiji/Australia)

This would be 5 wins before the Rugby World Cup and if we can figure out our best team. We'll be in the position to get scalps against the top sides
