Canada is so dysfunctional that Alberta can’t find a private sector proponent for a pipeline to take oil to Asia, which is desperate for it, and Ottawa won’t let a pipeline be built through a route that would save 1-3 days of shipping time. Yet we’ll all be told to cheer.
How the fuck are CITIZENS supposed to CONSULT with indigenous tribes

No good projects went ahead faster with C-69. Only two were approved in six years. Capital fled. There were protests across western Canada. The Supreme Court ruled it unconstitutional. The seeds for the Alberta separatist movement were planted. I will be accepting no revisionism.
@PlumberAlberta The Ship deserves what it gets. Stopped going there years ago after being served by a waitress with a A.C.A.B (all cops are bastards) t-shirt. Informed the manager increase he wasn’t aware. He was very aware, and even energetically endorsed the message. Classless

If you believe free speech is for you but not your political opponents, you're illiberal.
If no contrary evidence could change your beliefs, you're a fundamentalist.
If you believe the state should punish those with contrary views, you're a totalitarian.
If you believe political opponents should be punished with violence or death, you're a terrorist.

13% tax on beer
7.5% sales tax on soda
80% tax on cigars
& 30% tax on gas to drive to the beach in a car that u pay multiple other taxes on
All to celebrate a defeat of a 2% tax on a breakfast beverage

Maybe you saw the chart from LaPresse on the weekend.
