@GeorgeRussell63 Check your privilege you absolute bellend, while I’ll carry on cheering on the 19 year old who keeps beating you. Career ender of a season loading….
@SamaHoole I presume the deceased in your example was divorced rather than widowed because if they were widowed then the APR/BPR allowance would have been £5M rather than £2.5M…
@alicewriterland Just listened to the audio book. I listen to roughly 50 a year. This story is a masterpiece. Usually audiobooks are an escape or a bit of background listening. Here I was cancelling other plans to listen to it. Incredible
@simpson_liz Totally understandable Lizzie, I feel exactly the same. Had barely missed a home game in 3 years until a couple of months ago but I’ve had enough. TTID but not spending £3K on 2x STs to have dickheads like Porro tell Bergval off for clapping their own fans!
@RickySacks Insane decision to make him captain last summer. Talented player but terrible role model. To use a golf phrase, he’s the biggest “fair weather player” I’ve ever seen
@ROTS1882 I’d been to most home games for 3 years, juggled around a busy job and two young boys. Around Christmas I resolved to stop letting football make me miserable. I’ve not been for over 2 months despite often my tickets not selling. Don’t regret it at all
@marcus_buckland Very depressing but also as we expected. Being a football fan you are used to pretending you know better than the board and (at times) the manager but you accept it’s not normally the case. Here, I’d wager every spurs fan would have done a better job ☹️
@TheSpursWatch When the situation is as desperate as the one we find ourselves in, and getting a “bounce” so crucial, and with a winless run that’s as long as ours, and a manager comes in with no premier league experience, it was always going to be a win or bust situation. He will be gone soon
@samliamcornish We have two (mine and my wife’s) which are in block 529. Nearly £1,500 each and we won’t be renewing. If the price dropped 25% and I could see a coherent plan forming for next season then I’d consider it but otherwise we won’t be
@SpursOfficial My wife and I have STs in Block 529 and won’t be renewing. Awful product, horrendously overpriced and demand has absolutely plummeted for exchange sales in recent months. Zero economic sense in not lowering the prices 10-15%. I predict a lot of empty seats in years to come
@StaceSpurs1975 I reckon it was a combination of escaping homesickness, more money offered and regular first team football in a World Cup year (and his assumption, perhaps wrongly, that Spurs were safe from relegation….)
@SniersMoregut I genuinely think they’ll have to lower prices by maybe 20% next season to keep the place full. A combination of Sonny leaving, wider cost of living issues and the spurs product being less entertaining has created a massive drop in demand. My two tickets haven’t sold either
