On Saturday, May 9th, 1987, President Ronald Reagan spoke at the dedication of the General Daniel “Chappie” James Center for Aerospace Science and Health Education at the Tuskegee University in Alabama. “He had four stars on his shoulder and fifty stars in his heart.”
