$FBCD just a thought and completely speculating. FBCD OTCM profile indicates their fiscal year ends 07/31. Maybe they are waiting to get the 07/31/2021 quarterly in before completing a merger? who knows, but patience will pay IMO.

$NGCG daily charts showing MACD cross about to happen. RSI sitting in the low 30s and accumulation still extremely high. All technicals are perfect for a nice run from here. Any sort of news, update, filing is going to create serious momentum IMO.
