If a child gets your firearm and takes it to school and begins shooting, then not only will the child be held accountable, but; the owner of the firearm should be held accountable and that person's firearms should be taken. NOT EVERYONE'S!!

I do agree that the school shooting in Uvalde, Texas was horrible and tragic; but, I can't get over the fact that people say that guns kill. They do if the trigger is pulled by someone.

Go deep with the background check, Give polygraph and psychological exam as well. This way, only the ones that are stable enough will be able to purchase and own firearms.

@bpdflores Never in my life have I heard of a gun killing anyone. it takes a PERSON pulling the trigger to make it go off. Lay a loaded gun with a round in the chamber on a table and see if it goes off by itself. It just won't happen. A gun in the wrong hands is a time bomb ready to go off.
