@asklivermore@taataa_baabaa Then what do we get for $19/month if everything you do is available for free? And where is the free list of tickers for the $100K challenge? It seems like you’re not being honest here.
$EOSE Some (@chang496483, @BowTiedBamboo) and others have asked “what now?” Those were just the first two named in the notifications….
Tophers take—>a full 10 mins on the shitter worth)….
It’s a great product and a huge TAM. The demand is there. We cannot produce and cannot trust the current leadership. Cannot make money. Cannot reduce costs.
NOTHING Joe, Nate, John, etc says on a call or in a public setting matters anymore. Their word is worth absolutely nothing.
They have not hit guidance ever. They were forecasting CM+ in Q4 2024. It’s now almost Q2 2026 and we are producing exponentially more than we did with COGS not improving or getting worse in some quarters. The company still losing money on every batt they make.
Factory 2 changes that? A straight line changes that? Who knows. At this point $EOSE has talked a lot of talk, but has not walked the walk.
This company has SEVEN HUNDRED…700 employees. All receive pay + stock. Today the market gave $EOSE the stock, the company, and its leadership a performance review. It wasn’t good.
Bottom line—Joe misled investors in Nov when he reaffirmed guidance with enthusiasm. Misled investors to refinance debt and raise cash. He wrote a check that the @PoweredByEos employees couldn’t cash.
By now—there should be a customer or customers who step up and buy out the capacity of line 2 for X number of years. That hasn’t happened yet.
6 quarters ago we were in “talks with blue chip companies that we cannot name at this time.” Those talks haven’t materialized into revenue. Unless an Indian reservation, or a golf course is a blue chip customer.
Mgmt has over promised and under delivered. This company had the full backing of the retail community, institutions were climbing on board, and things were happening.
Topher lives in reality and has been forecasting today for all of 2026 thus far. If you’ve ever played sports and had a teammate or coach that fugged up, they typically have to stand in front of the room…. Own their mistake…. Apologize…. And work twice as hard to earn the teams trust again. That’s where we are at today.
Topher doesn’t see Joe doing that. The market doesn’t see Joe doing that. Today was essentially a vote of no confidence in Joe with this sell off. It was not “retail capitulation” it was not “a down week” it was not “stop losses”….. it was a straight up rejection of the companies print paired with a giant middle finger that essentially says “you fucked us big time, and we don’t trust you anymore.”
Now—Joe can either rally the troops, man up, own his blunders, and put up a hell of a quarter this quarter, next quarter, etc….. and get Marshall up and running… or he can continue with status quo.
They need to move everything to Marshall, abandon turtle creek, and do this shit right—-or not at all. We cannot have double the expenses, double the leases, and inefficiencies galore.
There is no trust. That is gone. People who are 100% invested in this company (portfolio wise) are batshit crazy. They are relying on margins on zinc batteries, and profits on a product that simply isn’t selling en masse.
For Joe and the 700 employees, and every retail investor, and every single institutional investor who has some portion of their financial plan tied to this company…. Topher hopes they get it right. People are rooting for the company. Anyone who roots against any company ITO is fucked in the head.
This is a layup. American made, in an America first administration, a huge TAM, a solution to one of the biggest problems of our time (energy/power storage)…. And thus far a failure to launch.
That’s all….at this share price, we are priced appropriately for our given performance—and the employees from Joe to the janitor got a performance review today. It wasn’t good.
Godspeed and best of luck. No crying in the casino, but adapting is crucial.
@LACityPets Sergeant Vega I'm not going to be as nice as most of the other folks posting messages.
You have a person who drove 500 f-in miles to adopt this dog (A5745484). This person adopts and works with stray and abandoned dogs all the time. LET HIM ADOPT THIS DOG!
DO NOT EUTHANIZE THIS DOG!
This story won't end well for you or this city agency if you do not do the right thing.
Not the Nine O'clock News first broadcast 46 years ago today.
This sketch show starring Rowan Atkinson, Pamela Stephenson, Mel Smith and Griff Rhys Jones, was ground-breaking. I can't decide which sketch to post so I'm gong to post three... starting with Gerald the Gorilla.
