@InfinityWard since the new update I play xbox one. Nearly every game I go into it shows that my mic is muted as in I have muted myself!?!? I can hear the other players but they can't hear me.. . Why is this happening!?

Update on previous. Its shows I'm muted but my team mates can hear me up untill 3 to 5 mins in the game and game chat stops working for all of us. Had to phone each other to speak.... In game text chat stops working......
