@Sreelakshmi97 @jommathew24 @airasia @goibibo @GoibiboSupport Why is this even taking time..? Both @airasia and @GoibiboSupport are responsible for refunding a rescheduled flight. Seriously should we explain the implications of doing this..? Meetings, appointments missed. Grow a spine, accept your mistake and refund the customer.

@jommathew24 @airasia It's shocking prominent airlines such as @airasia are doing such activities... They should refund you if they inconvenienced you with a rescheduled flight.
