“The President is right that his tariffs are at work—in destroying U.S. jobs and raising prices. The U.S. has lost some 75,000 manufacturing jobs since January 2025, including 25,900 in motor vehicle and parts production.”@WSJ https://t.co/QVLG6tlJkV
@FmrRepMTG The Art of the Deal? The Art of the Kneel?
Or just a grifters Marketing Ploy via Diversion Tactics?
If Negotiation is measured by outcomes, not headlines, this guy sucks at it. Read my oped here:

@FmrRepMTG@Scaramucci Sure… the pause for his self serving celebration is over. It’s back to the grift and diversion tactics. This will get worse as he tries to use the war and threats to his version of democracy to cancel the midterms. Eyes on the ball…
@MeghanMcCain “All of this is unseemly, macabre, bad for democracy and quite frankly embarrassing for the country.”

The irony of Republicans controlling all branches of government while
bankrupting the country, starting a war, sending money to fraudulent programs, violating the Constitution, giving corporations immunity...
but arguing that the biggest problem we have is “stolen elections.”
More than 40 years ago, I arrived in Chicago in search of an idea. I was a young man looking for purpose, who believed deeply in America, was inspired by the Civil Rights Movement, and wanted to be a part of something larger. The America I believed in was one where everyone has opportunity, everyone is seen, everyone belongs—because that was an America that had a place for me, too.
@AdamKinzinger Suddenly the guy who has mastered the Art of the Kneel, cares about the stock market and inflation? That’s just another 180!
When politicians spend more time selling a deal than explaining it, you're not witnessing diplomacy. You're watching marketing.
