We have had a 10-25% drawdowns on data center plays in the last 7 days.

I know, I know: some will say we had a 35-100% increase on this sector in the first 2 weeks of August.

Remember this:

@Citadel literally pulled all of this off over a strategic attack over 3-4 weeks.

Nothing has changed, except the demand for power is still 💥.

So, don’t time entry’s. If you don’t own them, look for lower Daily RSI’s.

For longer term investments make sure you use DAILY.

MY THOUGHTS & OPINIONS:

I believe this could be a great investment opportunity at these levels. I’m not saying it can’t get cheaper. It could, maybe even high 2’s.

So, I will start deploying capital when RSI comes into the 30’s and probably wait for mid September.

How I would play it.

1) 50k shares

2) A LEAP (2k-3k contracts) that expires in January of 2028 with a strike of 5.5

3) Then run CC’s on the 2k-3k contracts, ( 200k-300k shares) and I didn’t have to buy that many shares but can run CC’s for 45-60 days out and collect premiums for a year and half while my LEAP does whatever it wants.

This is a cheat code and hack to run an enormous amount of CC’s and not tie up all your capital while doing it.

I went all cash last week and will start the journey of deploying capital in this great company with other energy plays.

Energy as a whole will be the greatest multiple for investors in the foreseeable future.
