@SkyUK happens all the time. can’t fast forward or pause. Shocking internet connection, which were also with sky. This happens everyday! Rang up multiple times to fix this but were back to square one again.

@MartinSLewis Hi Martin, we booked a flight through a 3rd party travel agent. The flight has been cancelled and the agent wants to charge a £30 admin fee for processing our refund... is this allowed/correct? Seems a bit unnecessary for processing refunds.

@British_Airways why are you able to process vouchers online but when you cancel a flight you are unable to do the same with my money? I don't want a voucher and you wont take our calls?
