🇨🇳🇷🇺 HOW THE WEST GIFTED RUSSIA TO CHINA - AND BUILT A PERFECT STRATEGIC STORM
In trying to isolate Moscow, the West handed it to Beijing on a silver platter.
The U.S., EU, Canada, Australia, all moved quickly to sanction, cut off, and corner Russia after the invasion of Ukraine. The goal was clear: weaken the Kremlin, punish aggression, and sever Russia from the global economy.
But the unintended consequence? They pushed Moscow straight into Beijing’s arms.
Historically, Russia and China were strategic neighbors, not natural allies. Mistrust lingered. Competition ran deep. But shared resentment toward the West, and the opportunity created by sanctions, changed everything.
Now they’re meeting more often, signing more deals, aligning their militaries and tech industries, and drawing up long-term visions together.
China gets what it wants: discounted Russian oil, gas, and minerals that Europe and U.S. no longer buys, all while keeping its hands technically clean.
Russia gets lifelines: a massive export market, critical components, dual-use tech, and a geopolitical partner that doesn’t lecture it about “rules-based order.”
Washington and Brussels may have underestimated just how complementary these 2 powers really are, and how much more dangerous they become together.
By closing every other door, the West made sure Russia walked through the one marked “Beijing.”
And China? It walked away with a bargain.
🚨 RUBIO WARNS EUROPE: “NO COUNTRY IS SAFE”
NEW: Senator Marco Rubio has just issued a stark warning — one Britain and Europe can no longer afford to ignore.
“No country is safe if you can just walk in without us knowing who you are.”
Rubio didn’t stop there:
“We’ve seen the destruction that’s wreaking — not just in our own country, but across Europe and much of the world.”
This is the message London needs to hear:
Mass migration is destabilising nations
Borders mean nothing without identity
Terror, trafficking and crime thrive in chaos
While Starmer dismantles what little border security the UK has left, the rest of the world is sounding the alarm.
Rubio sees it.
Europe sees it.
The British public sees it.
The only people who don’t?
The ones in charge.
How long before Britain learns the lesson the hard way?
"Billionaires are building bunkers because they're afraid AI might take over everything."
"I know a lot of AI CEOs who have cancelled all public appearances, especially in the wake of Charlie Kirk.
They think there's gonna be a wave of anti-AI sentiment next year."
"Next year is the year is the year that models go from not being good enough -- like the dumb member of your team, people listening to this will be like "the AI's not good enough" -- but then, overnight, it becomes good enough.
Then the job losses start, and we don't know where they end."
Jordan Peterson explains why "the whole bloody climate change narrative is a scam and a lie".
"China and India are industrialising at a rate that leaves Europe and its negligible effect on the environment in the dust."
"All of the industry that's leaving Europe—and the West in general—is localising in China and in India. China's building coal-fired plants at a rate that's just staggering. And we all breathe the same atmosphere."
“When two individuals love one another, they slip free of Leviathan’s dominion; they open a sanctuary that remains beyond its reach. Eros must ever prevail as the true dispatch of the gods, rising against the entire brood of titanic creations.”
— Ernst Jünger
“This is your typical dating market, it used to be balanced, guaranteed by church and state — the modern ones are different.
They’re made up of layers of tranches of mids. Low-mids, mid-mids, high-mids. Somewhere along the line, they all became mid. Dogshit-bottom-feeder-MID.”
🚨🇺🇦 ZELENSKY’S RIGHT-HAND MAN ACCUSED OF RUNNING UKRAINE FROM THE SHADOWS
Andriy Yermak wasn’t just Zelensky’s chief of staff.
He was his closest friend, confidant, and the most powerful unelected figure in Ukraine.
And he’s now tied directly to the corruption saga tearing through the government.
Former presidential press secretary Yuliya Mendel says Yermak built a parallel chain of command inside the administration:
Selective briefings, blocked directives, and a habit of calling senior officials to quietly override the president’s own orders.
A vertical of power behind Zelensky’s back, as described.
And the ambition wasn’t subtle.
During U.S. trips, Yermak allegedly asked consultants one thing:
“How do I become president?”
This is succession planning in plain sight.
The accusations paint a picture of a man with tentacles in law enforcement, procurement and intelligence channels... and every process where money or influence flows.
Projects stalled. Directives died.
Entire reforms froze - not by parliament, not by ministers, but by one phone call from Yermak.
And now, with Ukraine rocked by corruption scandals and internal investigations, Yermak’s name keeps surfacing again and again.
Not as a peripheral figure - as the gravitational center.
Former officials say it openly: Yermak was the most dangerous person in the system. He still is.
Which raises the real question:
Is Ukraine facing a succession crisis disguised as a corruption cleanup?
Because if Zelensky’s most trusted ally was running a shadow presidency - and is now implicated in the country’s largest internal scandal - the political war inside Kyiv may end up being as consequential as the one outside its borders.

Japanese 10 year yields inch higher, tagging 1.90%. Markets largely ignoring this for now, but something to keep on the radar. The 2% level could be the threshold to monitor.
