@MartinSLewis Hi Martin. Am I right that there's no equity loan from the government as part of this scheme (so not like help to buy)? So to buy at the £600k max that the scheme covers, you'd still need a (solo or combined) salary c.£120k?

As you can see a 5% deposit isn’t the full story - banks will still need to lend and the below gives an illustration of the rough salary required to purchase at each price point with a 5% deposit
