@B329Leadership precarity then affects leadership as leaders are everywhere and although they can be in a position of power they may still be living precariously in order to lead those that follow them

@B329Leadership week 2 understanding precarity in the workplace with zero hour contracts really highlighted the different aspects of leadership and how some people get the vulnerability from the lack of commitment through insecure job contracts etc
