@Brendan1293 @MazdaUSA My Cx30 has been in the shop for 12 weeks I get similar responses from Mazda and they refuse to have a supervisor contact me. No parts available yet we continue to have to make payments and we don’t get compensation in any way. Horrible customer service.

Hey @MazdaUSA - I bought a car 3 months ago & after 15 days a driver hit me and it’s been in the shop for 2 months now. I continue to have to make payments while you can’t get me any parts. Ridiculous, I should take my business elsewhere. Your customer service has been awful!!

@MazdaUSA When I called them they told me they’d try and expedite my parts which I’ve already heard before. When I called financial service in an attempt to freeze payments until I get my car they told me I would have to pay a fee of over $275.
