“Gifted” programs in city public school systems are simply a means of getting academically capable students into a “regular” classroom without disruptive students or remedial students the teacher has to expend additional resources. And that’s an important and necessary service

I like Cassie, but in my mind there's a huge difference between standardized tests, which are both egalitarian (rich people LOVE getting rid of them and going "holisitc") and rigorous, and "race realism", which is bigoted garbage with a scientific patina.
