Awful service from @skytv - need to cancel BT Sport (which I didn't even order in the first place, but that's another story), and whilst they make it really easy to order new services, the only way to cancel is by phone. Now been on hold for over 30 minutes. Is this really 2022?

@AlanBaxter Iain Banks does both deeply disturbing normal fiction (Wasp Factory / Complicity are both incredible as have already been mentioned) and also some of the most truly spectacular and dark Sci-Fi under has Iain M Banks. Player of Games and Use of Weapons are two of my all time faves
