🚨 Another misleading MSM headline. They twist the facts and count on people not reading past the headline. Trump was right: Fake News. 📰❌

This headline makes it sound like President Trump is ignoring the Supreme Court. He is not. ⚖️

The Court rejected an earlier, broader policy. Trump then issued a new, narrower policy focused on specific cases and “birth tourism,” which his administration believes is still legally allowed.

Changing a policy after a court ruling is NOT the same as defying the Court.

👀 Read beyond the headline. Question the narrative. Ignore the Fake News. 🚨

Congress is rotten to the core. Insider trading, drugs, misappropriation of campaign funds, hookers, and only God knows what else our representatives are doing on We the People's dime. I think it’s time we get rid of all of them and just start over.

[XtinaRP @xtina_george]

@EleanorTerrett I’m so fucking over it.. acting like they can’t do this virtually.

I’m honestly almost to the point where I’m about to mute all crypto news because it’s turned into a big joke.

So what were the damages to the XRP community after everything we now know?

@SECGov

This is a problem. We’re going to have to talk about it.

Here is a link to a better (more clear) version of Professor Joseph Grundfest's letter to the Five Commissioners at the @SECGov, five days prior to their filing the lawsuit against @Ripple et al.

@AGPamBondi and her staff should definitely see “RIGGED From The Start”

And Jay Clayton should definitely watch it, in connection with his Epstein investigation.

🚨 The SEC “lost” Gary Gensler’s text messages. The OIG says it was due to “avoidable errors.” Bullshit. If you or I pulled this in finance, we’d face criminal charges. The SEC demands transparency from crypto but can’t keep its own house in order—this wasn’t an accident, it was a feature. https://t.co/ux3iCxQraz

I just tested @grok on a basic question - and @grok gave a typical, programmatic and woke answer. Epic failure.

The industry owes @Ripple a debt of gratitude for standing up to the SEC.

This case has shaped the future of crypto more than any other.

Judge Torres’s ruling that $XRP isn’t inherently a security was a turning point for our industry.

It renewed faith in U.S. Rule of Law after a period of capricious persecution made planning impossible for any digital asset company.

💚 @UpholdInc stood by the XRP community through this turbulent period, and the love we got back has been unparalleled.

Now that all the appeals have been withdrawn, and the dust has settled, let’s get back to building the future of finance!

Dear @Ripple FUDTrolls who moronically regurgitate “Ripple is dumping their XRP on stupid retail holders” trope.

Enjoy this 8/8/25 dose of reality, served raw, cold and real.

Ripple has 0.0% interaction, transactions or business relationships with retail XRP investors or retail XRP customers.

Ripple DOES have 1,700 NDAs with a variety of Commercial Entities, as disclosed in their now defunct dispute with the SEC, but they have EXACTLY ZERO interaction with individual, retail customers.

Try harder, please.
