@RagenKajen as the dew goes off, we could hit 20-25 percent protein quite easily. We never flipped it or tedded it. We just crimped it with a mo co. If you need to, you can start feeding it right away as it ferments.

@RagenKajen I'm in the midwest, so it might different weather. We cut first cutting and the next day it's ready to chop by noon. You want it 50-70 percent moisture for a bag. Second third and fourth cutting. We could cut in the morning and be chopping by that evening, finish up next day
