Little bit about myself and my background. I’m a 28 year old licensed GC / real estate agent and I went to University of South Carolina. I have completed over 50 builds in the past five years. Always eager to learn and grow my business.

I’m realizing I have four bachelors next year and I’ll be golfing on all of them. What advice would you give to a man who doesn’t really golf / hasn’t golfed in years?

[Home Builder Tanner Alexander @TannerBuilds]

[Home Builder Tanner Alexander @TannerBuilds]

@BDemps What’s his name?

If it’s so cheap and easy just do it yourself or get multiple quotes.

[Jeremy @jeremyct]

Just got quoted $2,400 to paint a 23 by 13 foot living room.

The 4 gallons of paint it takes to do the job costs about $110 at Home Depot, or around $160 if you want Sherwin Williams.

This is not a particularly skilled job.
You went to trade school, not medical school.

You own a brush and a roller.

Stop ripping people off, contractors.

@Jacob_Naviaux Would highly recommend. Wife made us vacation a month ago for a week and it helped me a lot to unwind. Much needed and less burnt out

Never go on threads

[Daniel Morgan @dtmorgan18]

I made the mistake of posting something on Threads.

Lesson learned.
