The @RoyalMail @RoyalMailHelp claims procedure for lost/damaged items has gone to the dogs. I pay extra to use them over other budget couriers, because they always held their hand up when they made a mistake, and an item was lost or damaged. Not anymore it seems. #RoyalMail

I tagged @MartinSLewis about this awhile ago and emailed his team. Sadly nobody has come back to me yet. It is pretty obvious what they’re doing and why sadly.

Suddenly after they take over the price shoots up by 30p a litre. Customer service replies from MFG have cited an interest in EV charging points.
