@PlayoffDude If they are allowed to play basketball, yes. If the refs give us all whiplash again and go back to the free throw contest they've held every other game in order to drag this to 7 games then the Spurs will lose. Should've been over in 5.
@mustang6944@jappaji4 What did Indiana do besides never pay the luxury tax, never sign any big name free agents, never have a #1 draft pick, and never move up in the draft?
@Sweeziee_@LucasNavarreteM Every few years the NBA says they have a new rule about it. They enforce it for about 8 days at the beginning of the next season and then forget it completely for the next 3 seasons.
@Rachel__Nichols Unintended consequences of this will show up. Consensus #1 players will return to college instead of playing for horrible teams. Could see top players returning to ncaa, especially with NIL money there, instead of getting sent to a terrible franchise.
@BrickCenter_ The league needs to watch some 90s Pat Riley Knicks film on how to make each of these fouls count. They're blowing the whistle already. Might as well get 3 or 4 fouls in there. SGA might change his mind about driving to the basket.
@BrickCenter_ NBA loves foul merchant players like SGA & Harden. This style gives officials more control to slow the pace, maximize commercial breaks for sponsors, and manipulate scores on behalf of the gambling sponsor overlords. They know it's a terrible product. They don't care about ball.
