Simplebase is a scam and I can’t get support from anyone! I’ve been a paying customer for 2 years and recently for the past 2 weeks their website/app doesn’t work, I can’t access any of the articles that we’ve been hosting on the platform (50+), when visiting my help docs domain it shows a cloudflare error, and when trying to email their support the email bounces. I have no way of getting in contact with them and have lost all of our content from over 2 years. Can you help?
