@MayorofLondon Over the last 3 weeks you have licensed over 1000 new phv licenses 1 you wasn’t having a car led recovery after covid 2 it’s only about money if pollution is that bad you would ban cars not say it’s bad but it’s ok if you can afford it, you’ve seen what it makes and won’t more.
