@O2 My app was used to take out a new plan as my old one was outside its exit fees. They took a new plan and ‘e-sim’. 45,000 texts were sent in a couple of days. This was investigated and agreed by the fraud department. Since then, nothing has changed
@O2 All through November. December (when you tried to charge me for said plan) & January (again, trying to charge me). All I want is the plan that was wrongly taken away OR the ability to leave without charge. It’s not much to ask, I don’t think.
@O2 You found a fraudulent plan had been taken out on my account in November. It’s still not resolved because you won’t reinstate my old plan or let me let without charge. I get promised fixes every time and nothing happens
