@wakeupbarstool The bracket is not set up for the 5 highest rated champions to be anti-trust. It’s set up that way because there were still 5 power conferences when CFB went to the 12 team playoff. Now it’s come back to bite them with 4 super conferences and no PAC-12
Jordan Rodgers hates South Carolina and that’s fine, but @SECNetwork please stop having him call their games. This O line is already hard enough to watch
@ThomasCrumley@EricTWalters Do you think FSU would beat Georgia, Bama, and Oregon? If you can’t say yes to all 3 then FSU should not be in. The committee has been very clear it’s the best teams, not the most deserving that they pick for the playoff. And to go off of record is a cop out of what their job is
@ThomasCrumley@EricTWalters There’s no way to change your mind clearly. But to me you only get four spots. Let’s not waste one on ceremony for FSU. I want a good playoff.
Just sayin, I picked Bama to win today and only 5.5 point dogs. Also, Iowa had to defend over 100 more plays…still 400 less yards
@ThomasCrumley@EricTWalters The Iowa D is much better than the Louisville D. Thats not a clean comparison.
I’m also not saying FSU isn’t a really good team. They have great players and with Travis should be in. In their current form, I think it’s clear there’s 5-6 better teams though and that should matter
@ThomasCrumley@EricTWalters The criteria is if two teams are close then the committee goes to tiebreakers like conference champion or record.
Oregon & Washington were close. Iron Bowl is a fierce rivalry. FSU had under 60 passing yards tonight. They’re not close without Travis. Are blowouts what we want?
